As a Full Stack Cloud Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security, reliability, availability, and performance of NICE's cloud and datacenter infrastructure. Working across Windows, Linux, AWS, VMware, and physical compute environments, you will support business-critical production systems that power our global operations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor infrastructure, resolve incidents, optimize system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Maintain, monitor, and support enterprise production infrastructure environments to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
• Administer AWS cloud resources and services, ensuring security, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Support multiple infrastructure platforms and applications of medium to high complexity across cloud and datacenter environments.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve operational issues in accordance with defined processes and SLAs.
• Analyze operational metrics and enhance infrastructure performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage core infrastructure services including DNS, FTP, IIS, application environments, Active Directory, and identity management solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations and communicate critical events effectively to stakeholders, operational teams, and leadership.
• Support physical datacenter operations including hardware installation, cabling, racking, maintenance activities, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage user accounts and permissions through AWS IAM and other identity management platforms.
• Implement server updates, capacity planning activities, operating system patching, and infrastructure optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting large-scale production infrastructure environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on Windows Server administration experience in enterprise production environments.
• 3+ years of experience configuring and supporting server hardware and operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Domains, DNS, and enterprise infrastructure services.
• Intermediate Linux administration skills and practical operational experience.
• Experience following change management processes and operational governance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within PCI-DSS, Cyber Essentials, or other regulated compliance environments.
• Experience with AWS EKS and ECS container platforms.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Chef, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Experience managing SAN and NAS storage environments.
• Experience with Okta identity and access management solutions.
• Experience managing Cisco UCS environments.
• Strong AWS monitoring and infrastructure management experience.
• Experience with PowerShell and other scripting languages for automation and operational efficiency.
