Senior Fullstack Engineer

Accountabilities:

• Partner with technical leadership and engineering teammates to prioritize initiatives and execute against the product roadmap.
• Design, develop, test, and own complex features and software components across the full stack.
• Build robust, scalable, maintainable, and well-tested applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Contribute to system design and architectural decisions, balancing product requirements with scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Help establish engineering standards, development practices, and technical foundations that support a high-performing engineering culture.
• Collaborate closely with Design and Operations teams to identify opportunities and continuously improve the product experience.
• Take ownership of ambiguous technical and product problems, driving solutions from initial exploration through implementation and delivery.
• Work effectively with senior technical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in a distributed, remote-first environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 1 year contributing to system design or software architecture.
• Strong full-stack development experience with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
• Strong React experience building modern, production-quality frontend applications; both balanced full-stack and frontend-leaning profiles are well suited.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Practical experience using MongoDB as an application database.
• Experience working with BigQuery for analytics, querying, and working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to independently own ambiguous problems, make sound technical decisions, and deliver complete end-to-end solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with senior technical leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working remotely from the Americas and collaborating effectively within a distributed engineering organization.
• Interest in AI-focused product engineering is a plus.
