Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in the gambling industry (slots)
• Documentation Expertise: proven ability to write clear, structured Game Design Documents (GDD) fragments and technical specifications and clearly describe algorithms, including complex calculations and formulas
• Feature Ownership: Strong passion for designing, developing, and taking full ownership of key game features
• Knowledge of programming languages is a plus
• Experience collaborating with developers, artists and producers.
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail.
• English sufficient for reading technical docs and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Designs games based on a given concept.
• Prepare clear GDD sections and technical specifications for implementation.
• Create and maintain simulation frameworks, run RTP tests, analyze results and produce reports.
• Work closely with developers and QA to ensure design is implemented correctly.
• Iterate quickly based on test feedback.
