What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow engineering teams through managers and senior individual contributors, creating clarity, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and other engineering leaders to turn strategy into execution across a complex, cross-product area.
• Set engineering direction that balances speed, quality, and long-term scalability.
• Raise the bar on engineering excellence, operational health, and delivery rigour.
• Help teams ship the capabilities that matter most to our strategy, including areas such as guest recognition, personalised experiences, automation, role-aware workflows, and connected guest journeys.
• Drive strong cross-tribe and cross-division collaboration.
• Coach leaders to make sound decisions, reduce unnecessary complexity, and build teams that can move fast without collapsing under scale or operational pressure.

• Helping teams translate strategy into measurable outcomes, with clearer metrics, better prioritisation, and stronger links between engineering delivery and business impact.

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience leading engineering organisations in a modern B2B SaaS, platform, or product company.
• A track record of leading through scale, ambiguity, and change.
• Strong technical judgment with the ability to guide architecture, quality, and execution.
• Experience building healthy organisations through other leaders.
• The ability to partner deeply with Product and Design.
• A bias for clarity, pragmatism, and high standards.
• Confidence making hard trade-offs.

Salary Range

• Pay range location A: £105,000—£155,000 GBP
• Pay range location B: €116,500—€172,400 EUR
• Pay range location C: $178,000—$272,000 USD
• Pay range location D: €111,500—€164,900 EUR
• Pay range location E: 1,901,500 Kč—2,961,000 Kč CZK
• Pay range location F: 1,030,500 kr—1,525,000 kr SEK
