Senior Software Engineer

Accountabilities:

• Architect and develop core infrastructure, including algorithms and execution frameworks that power automated, cross-chain transaction workflows.
• Lead high-level technical decisions, conduct in-depth code reviews, and maintain strong engineering standards across the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product strategy and ecosystem developments.
• Optimize system performance to ensure low-latency, high-throughput operations across decentralized networks.
• Design and refine economic models, incentive mechanisms, and competition frameworks to sustain network participation.
• Remain actively involved in coding, prototyping, and solving complex technical challenges in real time.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong expertise in distributed systems, networking, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, or cryptoeconomic systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Go (experience with Rust is a plus).
• Proven experience leading or mentoring distributed engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and organizational challenges.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high level of ownership.
