Job Description

As an Enablement Manager in the Customer Experience & Growth team, you will be responsible for enhancing the skills and knowledge of our customer-facing teams to improve customer satisfaction and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for customer experience teams.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment on customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer experience or enablement roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role in a tech company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
