Job Description
As an Enablement Manager in the Customer Experience & Growth team, you will be responsible for enhancing the skills and knowledge of our customer-facing teams to improve customer satisfaction and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for customer experience teams.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment on customer needs.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer experience or enablement roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a remote environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role in a tech company is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
