Accountabilities:
- Lead the development of modern, responsive, and high-performing web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Build intuitive user interfaces that deliver seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and recommend improvements to existing systems and code structures.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure efficient integration of APIs and server-side logic.
- Work alongside UX/UI designers to transform concepts into visually appealing and functional interfaces.
- Conduct code reviews and promote clean code, maintainability, testing standards, and development best practices.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Partner with senior leadership to evaluate ideas, validate initiatives, and improve product delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Developer or similar role in web or mobile product environments.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS methodologies.
- Solid hands-on experience building applications with React.
- Experience using Tailwind CSS to create scalable and maintainable UI systems.
- Strong understanding of frontend security principles, including OWASP practices, CORS policies, and secure UI development.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, and collaborative version control workflows.
- Proficiency with debugging tools and diagnosing issues across browsers and devices.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira.
- Understanding of modern frontend architecture patterns and component-based design.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset.
