Senior QA Engineer @ Veeva Systems — Vaga Remota

What You'll Do

Ensure our platforms meet the highest level of quality by creating automated tests and performing manual tests.
Work with many different technologies and with a diverse and experienced team.
Own the test execution end to end, leading quality for the product.
Test scalable web applications utilizing open-source tools and technologies.
Use REST and GraphQL APIs.
Drive projects independently while maintaining constant alignment with the team.
Lead the test planning, automate common test cases, and perform manual testing of new features.
Identify complex bugs and create detailed bug reports.
Create a testing suite using AWS synthetic monitoring.
Automate regression testing utilizing GitHub pipelines.

8+ years of experience with software automation testing.
5+ years of experience with a JavaScript automation framework like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
Experience with both manual and automated testing.
Experience working within Unix terminals.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Great eye for detail, precise.
Bold and willing to speak up if something is wrong.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English (writing and speaking).

Experience with any of the following would be a plus: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, AWS (or another cloud provider).
Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
