Job Description

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Collectly, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them maximize the value they receive from our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their business goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers throughout their journey with Collectly.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address any issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
